- Web Designing is compulsory for Web Development course and have some basic knowledge of any kind of programming language like C++ at intermediate (ICS) level. Candidates are required to be conversant with the windows operating system and basic accessibility features. A basic understanding of HTML & CSS would be helpful. Web Design Course is a prerequisite for this course. If you have already understood Web Design Principals, then you can clear an exam and directly participate in Web Development.
